Purchase made in store:
NO REFUNDS. Exchange or store credit will be offered within 14 days of purchase for merchandise.
Paws Discovery will gladly exchange qualified items purchased within 14 days after the purchase date with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered and must have all tickets attached. Not applicable on final sale and clearance items.
Purchase made online:
Sorry, we currently do not accept exchange or refund for online orders.
We understand finding the right products could be frustrating, but we are here to help. If you ever found items are manufactory damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com, we will find a best solution to assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All sale and discounted items bought in store and online are final sale, and not eligible for refund or exchange.
